Quick Answer

"Maryam Nawaz loan scheme 2026" is not one scheme. It is the name people use for several interest-free Punjab government loans started by CM Maryam Nawaz. For a house, the main one is Apni Chhat Apna Ghar: up to Rs1.5 million (15 lakh), applied for online at acag.punjab.gov.pk, and still accepting applications in October 2026. For business, Asaan Karobar Finance (Rs1m to Rs30m) is open, but new Asaan Karobar Card registrations have been stopped. The Rs150,000 figure is the original Kissan Card limit for farmers. See our Asaan Karobar loan scheme guide for the business loans.

This guide covers every Maryam Nawaz loan scheme in 2026 that we could confirm on an official portal or in major news. Housing loans come first, then business, farming, livestock and overseas-job loans. For each one you get the amount, interest, tenure (muddat), who qualifies, the official website, the helpline and the status as of 15 October 2026.

1. Apni Chhat Apna Ghar: the Maryam Nawaz 15 Lakh Loan Scheme

When people search "Maryam Nawaz 15 lakh loan scheme" or "Maryam Nawaz house loan scheme", this is the programme they mean. Apni Chhat Apna Ghar (ACAG) gives an interest-free loan of up to Rs1.5 million to build a house on a small plot you already own. Our Apna Ghar Apni Chat scheme guide covers this loan step by step.

The loan is paid in instalments as construction moves ahead. The portal has a button to request the 2nd instalment. You repay only the principal. The Nation reported a monthly instalment (kist) of about Rs14,000 over 9 years. If you repay everything early, the portal offers a 20% rebate on the remaining principal in years 1 to 3, and 10% in years 4 to 6.

The scheme is large. The ACAG portal counter showed 223,547 loans worth PKR 291,440.5 million disbursed and 127,376 houses completed as of 28 October 2026.

Who qualifies

Families without a plot cannot apply for ACAG. They should look at Apni Zameen Apna Ghar (section 3).

How to apply online

  1. Open acag.punjab.gov.pk and click "Apni Chhat Apna Ghar – Apply for Construction of New House".
  2. Fill the citizen registration form with your CNIC and the mobile number registered in your name.
  3. Complete the eligibility form, then the full application form.
  4. Upload your CNIC, plot ownership proof (Fard, registry or transfer letter) and photos.
  5. Wait for verification. Lenders check your details before approval; there is no ballot.

See the full documents checklist and our guide to checking your ACAG status. Estimate the kist with the loan calculator.

Status: open. No official closing date or "Phase 3" deadline has been published. Treat any "last date" you see on social media with caution. Helpline: 0800-09100.

3. Apni Zameen Apna Ghar: Free 3-Marla Plot

Apni Zameen Apna Ghar (AZAG) is not a loan. It gives a free 3-marla plot to homeless families, in their own district. It is run by PHATA through azag.punjab.gov.pk. The first phase covered about 2,000 plots in 19 districts.

Plot winners can then take the Rs1.5 million ACAG loan to build. In Jhelum, more than 600 families received allotment letters in July 2026.

Who qualifies

Process: online application, PHATA scrutiny and NADRA check, computerised ballot, then allotment. Status: no new registration dates have been announced as of 15 October 2026. Helpline: 0800-09100, or PHATA 042-99213419. Read our full 3-marla plot guide.

4. CM Punjab Asaan Karobar Card (Up to Rs1 Million)

Important: when we opened akc.punjab.gov.pk on 15 October 2026, it showed the notice "Registration of applications has been stopped." You cannot apply for a new card right now. Existing cardholders can still log in.

6. Kissan Card: the Rs150,000 Loan for Farmers

Many people search "Maryam Nawaz loan scheme 150,000". The only official match we found is the CM Kissan Card. Its original terms give Rs30,000 per acre, up to Rs150,000 per farmer per season (reached at 5 acres), interest-free. It is not a housing loan, and it is not paid as cash. You buy seed, fertiliser and other inputs from authorised dealers.

Status: the Punjab Agriculture Department's 2026-27 development plan lists Kissan Card Phase-II, with loans of up to Rs360,000 per cropping season for 1 million cardholders. We found no official notice of a new 2026 registration window. Call the Agriculture helpline 0800-17000 before you apply.

7. Other Current CM Punjab Loan Schemes

Livestock Card (up to Rs540,000)

CM Maryam Nawaz formally launched the new phase of the Livestock Card on 14 October 2026, with Rs16.2 billion in interest-free loans. Farmers get Rs27,000 per animal for feed (wanda), silage and mineral mixtures. Registration opened on 15 July 2026 for farmers keeping 5 to 20 animals, with loans up to Rs540,000. You repay the principal; the government pays the interest. Up to 25% can be withdrawn in cash. Register at plc.punjab.gov.pk, at a government veterinary hospital, or through the helpline 0800-09211.

Maryam Nawaz Hunarmand Naujawan Parwaaz Card

This is the main youth loan right now. It gives an interest-free loan to Punjab residents aged 18 or older who hold a confirmed overseas job offer. It covers visa, medical, airfare, skill testing and agent (OEP) charges. Business Recorder reported loans of up to Rs1 million; the portal itself does not publish a cap. Apply at parwaaz.psdf.org.pk. Contact: (042) 111-11-7733.

E-bike, e-taxi and "youth business" loans seen on blogs are left out because we could not confirm their current terms officially.

Maryam Nawaz Loan Scheme Eligibility: Quick Summary

Every scheme needs a valid CNIC, Punjab residence and a mobile SIM in your own name. After that, the rules split:

Common reasons for rejection are a SIM registered in someone else's name, a defaulted loan in your credit record, a plot jointly owned or in a relative's name, and wrong details on the form.

Scam Warning: Fake WhatsApp and Facebook "Loan" Offers

Never pay an agent

The Punjab government does not approve loans through WhatsApp, Facebook pages, TikTok or phone calls. No real scheme asks for a "registration fee" in Easypaisa or JazzCash. The only fees are the official ones paid through a government PSID, such as the Asaan Karobar processing fee. Before using any loan app, check it with our online loan apply safety guide.
