ACAG Helpline Number 0800-09100

The ACAG helpline number is 0800-09100. It is printed on the home page of acag.punjab.gov.pk, right next to the apply buttons. The call is free.

Call this number for questions about the interest-free Rs1.5 million loan (qarza), eligibility, your registration, the eligibility certificate, or the release of your second instalment (kist). The same portal runs Apni Chhat Mehfooz Chhat, so the same helpline handles that loan too. For a Mehfooz Chhat guide, see Apna Ghar Mehfooz Ghar.

The ACAG "Contact Us" page lists the PHATA numbers 042-99213419 and 99213428, and the email info@phata.punjab.gov.pk.

Is there an ACAG complaint portal?

The ACAG site has no separate public complaint form. After registration, the applicant login lets you send requests such as "Release of 2nd Installment" and "Change of Loan Category". For a complaint, call 0800-09100 first. If nothing happens, file it on the Pakistan Citizen's Portal (steps below). To track your file, read our ACAG status check guide and the login portal guide.

Apni Zameen Apna Ghar and PHATA Contact Numbers

The free 3 marla plot scheme is run by PHATA (Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency). The azag.punjab.gov.pk header has a "Call 0800-09100" button. The footer lists 042-99213419 and 99213428, plus info@phata.punjab.gov.pk.

Unlike ACAG, the AZAG portal has its own Feedback / Complaint form. It asks for your name, father's name, mobile number, CNIC, email, division, district and the complaint text. Use it for ballot results, plot allotment or a wrong district. More detail is in our 3 marla plot guide.

PHATA's own website lists its head office at 145-146 Rajgarh Road, Rewaz Garden, Lahore, phone 042-99213418.

PM Apna Ghar Helpline Number (Federal)

The PM Apna Ghar helpline number is UAN 051-111-742-111. It appears in the header and the "Contact Us" footer of apnaghar.gov.pk, with the email info@pha.gov.pk.

Once you are logged in, the applicant dashboard on apnaghar.gov.pk has a Complaints section (shikayaat). Use it for portal problems. Questions about your loan decision, markup or instalments go to the bank you chose, because the bank processes the loan. Banks must decide on a complete file within 15 working days. For the full scheme, see our PM Apna Ghar programme guide.

Bank helplines

Every commercial bank, Islamic bank and microfinance bank in the scheme has its own UAN. We have not listed them here, because none publishes a separate "Apna Ghar" line. Use the number on your bank's official website or the back of your debit card, and ask for the "Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar" housing finance desk.

Apna Ghar Apni Chat Helpline WhatsApp Number

As of 15 October 2026, there is no official Apna Ghar Apni Chat helpline WhatsApp number. We checked acag.punjab.gov.pk, azag.punjab.gov.pk, phata.punjab.gov.pk and apnaghar.gov.pk, and none of them lists a WhatsApp contact or an SMS code.

Any WhatsApp number shared on Facebook, TikTok or YouTube as "ACAG helpline" is unofficial. Some are run by agents who charge a "processing fee" or ask for your CNIC photos and OTP codes. Do not send money or documents to them.

What to Keep Ready Before You Call

Helpline staff can only look up your file if you give them the right details. Keep these with you:

Be ready. Keep your CNIC, registered mobile and tracking ID in front of you before calling 0800-09100.

How to File a Complaint Step by Step

ACAG, Mehfooz Chhat or AZAG (Punjab)

  1. Call 0800-09100 and explain the problem. Note the date and any reference number.
  2. For AZAG, also submit the Feedback / Complaint form on azag.punjab.gov.pk with your CNIC and district.
  3. Email info@phata.punjab.gov.pk with your CNIC, tracking ID and a short description. Attach screenshots, not original papers.
  4. If there is no reply in a reasonable time, open the Pakistan Citizen's Portal app or citizenportal.gov.pk. Register with your CNIC and mobile, verify the SMS code, and lodge the complaint against the Punjab housing department or PHATA.
  5. Track the complaint in the app and reply to any questions from the department.

PM Apna Ghar (federal) and bank problems

  1. Log in to apnaghar.gov.pk and use the Complaints section, or call UAN 051-111-742-111.
  2. If the problem is with your bank, complain to the bank in writing first and keep the complaint number.
  3. If the bank does not solve it, register on SBP Sunwai (sunwai.sbp.org.pk) and lodge the complaint. Sunwai says commercial-bank complaints can now be escalated from there to the Banking Mohtasib.
  4. You can also go straight to the Banking Mohtasib Pakistan (bankingmohtasib.gov.pk). Its rules say a bank gets up to 30 days to resolve your written complaint. After that, or if the bank rejects it, you can file the online form. The service is free.

BISP Helpline for NSER and PMT Score

Apni Chhat Mehfooz Chhat requires NSER/PSER registration with a household PMT score of 60 or below (the current portal table no longer lists it for the main ACAG loan). If you are rejected on PMT, the housing helpline cannot change your score. BISP runs the NSER survey, and its helpline is 0800-26477, as shown on bisp.gov.pk. BISP also runs an 8171 web portal for eligibility and complaint tracking. Read our PMT score guide for what to do next.

Scam Warning: Report Fake Callers

Never pay anyone for Apna Ghar

Registration on acag.punjab.gov.pk, azag.punjab.gov.pk and apnaghar.gov.pk is free. No official will ask for an "approval fee", a JazzCash transfer, your bank PIN or an OTP code. Government helplines in this guide use 0800, 042, 051 or UAN numbers, not personal mobile or WhatsApp numbers.

If someone calls claiming your loan or plot is approved and asks for money, hang up. Report it to the NCCIA (National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency) on 1799. The Interior Ministry launched this helpline on 3 June 2025. Cybercrime cases moved from the FIA to the NCCIA, and the FIA's own helpline (051-111-345-786 and 1991) is now for its other work.

Woman in Lahore ignoring a fake Apna Ghar WhatsApp helpline message asking for a fee
No official WhatsApp. Messages asking for a fee or OTP to "approve" your Apna Ghar loan are scams.

Frequently Asked Questions

The official toll-free helpline for Punjab's Apni Chhat Apna Ghar is 0800-09100, as shown on acag.punjab.gov.pk. The same number covers Apni Chhat Mehfooz Chhat and appears on the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar portal.

Yes. Numbers starting with 0800 are toll-free in Pakistan. The PHATA landlines 042-99213419 and 042-99213428 are normal Lahore numbers, so standard call charges apply.

No. As of 15 October 2026, no official WhatsApp number is published on the ACAG, AZAG, PHATA or apnaghar.gov.pk websites. Treat any WhatsApp "helpline" as unofficial, and never send money, CNIC photos or OTP codes to it.

The federal Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar portal, apnaghar.gov.pk, lists UAN 051-111-742-111 and the email info@pha.gov.pk. Loan decisions and instalments are handled by the bank you chose, so contact that bank for those.

The ACAG website has no separate public complaint form. Call 0800-09100, email info@phata.punjab.gov.pk, or lodge a complaint on the Pakistan Citizen's Portal (citizenportal.gov.pk). The AZAG plot portal does have its own Feedback / Complaint form.

No district-wise helplines are published. ACAG and AZAG are Punjab-only schemes and use the same 0800-09100 number in every district. Karachi residents should use the federal PM Apna Ghar UAN 051-111-742-111.

None of the official portals publishes call timings. Call during normal office hours on working days, and use the online complaint forms at other times.

Complain to the bank in writing first. If it is not resolved, use the SBP Sunwai portal (sunwai.sbp.org.pk) or the Banking Mohtasib Pakistan, which accepts complaints when a bank fails to resolve them within 30 days.

Call the NCCIA cybercrime helpline 1799, launched by the Interior Ministry in June 2025. Cybercrime complaints are now handled by the NCCIA, not the FIA. Also inform your bank if you shared card or account details.

PMT scores come from BISP's NSER survey, not from the housing department. Call the BISP helpline 0800-26477 or visit your nearest BISP office to update your NSER survey.
