As of 28 October 2026, there is no official Apni Chhat Apna Ghar list 2026, no "phase 2 list" and no "list 3" or "list 6" PDF on acag.punjab.gov.pk. The only ACAG ballot on record is the launch draw of 5 September 2024. Since then, loans have gone to applicants who pass verification. To know if you are selected, log in to acag.punjab.gov.pk with your CNIC or call 0800-09100. A real ballot result exists only for Apni Zameen Apna Ghar plots, checked by CNIC at azag.punjab.gov.pk.

What People Mean by the "Apni Chat Apna Ghar List"
The word "list" (fehrist) is used for several different things. Most of the confusion comes from mixing them up.
- The 2024 ballot list. At the launch in September 2024, a computerised ballot was held in every district. This is where the idea of an ACAG "list" started.
- A "phase 2 list". Punjab has described the loans in phases. Phase 1 and phase 2 are amounts of money and numbers of houses, not new name lists.
- "List 3", "list 6" or "5th ballot result". These numbers come from blogs and YouTube channels. We found no matching notice on any official portal.
- The district quota list. The ACAG portal has a District Quota page. It shows numbers of loans per district, not the names of people.
- The AZAG ballot list. Apni Zameen Apna Ghar, the free 3 marla plot scheme, really does select people by ballot. Many searchers mean this scheme.
If you are not sure which scheme you applied for, read our Apna Ghar vs Apni Chhat Apna Ghar comparison first.
Is There an Official ACAG List 2026 PDF?
No. On 28 October 2026, the official portal acag.punjab.gov.pk had no beneficiary list, merit list, ballot result or PDF download. Its menu has only About Program, Eligibility Criteria, District Quota, Contact Us, Register and Login. The home page buttons are for new applications, second instalment requests and changes of loan category.
The only ACAG ballot on record: September 2024
On 5 September 2024, CM Maryam Nawaz launched the programme with a ballot in Dera Ghazi Khan, and balloting was held in all districts. In DG Khan alone, 1,778 people applied and 185 were declared successful. At that time, Daily Pakistan reported that district officials would contact selected people and that deputy and assistant commissioners would display lists in their offices and on their social media pages.
Those 2024 district lists are now more than two years old. Any website offering them as a "2026 list" is selling old news.
How selection has worked since then
From early 2025, the government said loans are given strictly on merit. In January 2025, The Nation reported that applications made on the portal were being checked by three independent microfinance institutions. We found no official notice of any ACAG ballot in 2025 or 2026.
The scale also tells the story. The portal counter showed 223,547 loans disbursed on 28 October 2026. A programme of that size is run through individual applications and verification, not through one public name list.
If a website or WhatsApp group shares an "official ACAG list 2026 PDF", it did not come from acag.punjab.gov.pk. Your own login on the portal is the only place your ACAG result is shown.
What "Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Phase 2" Really Means
People search "apni chat apna ghar list 2026 phase 2" because news reports used the words "second phase". Here is what was actually announced.
| Phase | What official news says |
|---|---|
| First phase | Loans of more than Rs196 billion for over 134,000 houses |
| Second phase | Loans of more than Rs62 billion for about 65,000 houses |
| New funding (19 Oct 2026) | Punjab cabinet approved Rs60 billion so the Bank of Punjab can give 40,000 more housing loans |
These phase figures come from Radio Pakistan (16 September 2026), the state broadcaster. They describe money already lent. They are not a new registration window, and no "phase 2 list" of names was released with them.
Registration for the main loan stays open on the portal, and no closing date has been announced. For dates and deadlines, see our Apna Ghar last date guide.
"List 3", "List 6" and "5th Ballot Result" PDFs
Searches like "apni chat apna ghar list 3 punjab pdf urdu" or "list 6 punjab pdf download" lead to blogs, not to the government. Some of these pages call a document the "5th CM approval" or "5th ballot result". They give no notification number and no official source, and the PDFs are not on acag.punjab.gov.pk.
We could not confirm any numbered ACAG list from the Punjab government, PHATA or PITB. Until one appears on the official portal or in an official press release, treat these files as unverified. Some may be old 2024 district lists with a new title. Others may be made up to collect clicks or CNIC numbers.
How to Check If You Are Selected for an ACAG Loan
Your application has its own account on the portal. That account, not a list, shows where your file stands.
- Type acag.punjab.gov.pk in your browser yourself. Do not use links from WhatsApp or Facebook.
- Click Login at the top of the page.
- Enter your 13 digit CNIC and the password you made when you registered.
- If the portal asks for a One Time Pin (OTP), enter the code sent to your registered mobile number and email. The login page says the OTP expires in 30 minutes.
- Read your application stage on the dashboard. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password on the same page.
- If something is unclear, call the toll-free helpline 0800-09100 with your CNIC ready.
Keep the mobile number you registered with switched on. The portal sends codes to it, and verification staff or your lender may need to reach you. For a full walkthrough of the dashboard, read our ACAG status check by CNIC guide. If you cannot log in, our login portal guide covers common problems.
Other official ways to get help

- PHATA office: 042-99213419 or 042-99213428, email info@phata.punjab.gov.pk.
- In person: the ACAG login page points applicants to an e-Khidmat Markaz for help.
The Official ACAG District Quota List
The closest thing to an official "district list" is the District Quota page on acag.punjab.gov.pk. It shows how many loans were set aside for each district. It has no names and no date. Its total is 17,500 loans, while more than 220,000 loans have now been given, so it looks like an early allocation rather than a current limit.
| PHATA region | Districts and loan quota | Region total |
|---|---|---|
| Bhakkar | Bhakkar 283, Khushab 243, Layyah 366, Mianwali 307, Muzaffargarh 714 | 1,913 |
| Faisalabad | Chiniot 313, Faisalabad 851, Jhang 451, Sargodha 520, Toba Tek Singh 376 | 2,511 |
| Lahore | Gujranwala 657, Hafizabad 302, Kasur 484, Lahore 1,690, Nankana 314, Narowal 357, Okara 518, Pakpattan 401, Sheikhupura 512, Sialkot 570 | 5,804 |
| Rawalpindi | Attock 287, Chakwal 263, Gujrat 466, Jhelum 225, Mandi Bahauddin 358, Rawalpindi 600 | 2,198 |

| Multan | DG Khan 498, Khanewal 458, Lodhran 380, Multan 726, Rajanpur 368, Sahiwal 443, Vehari 517 | 3,390 |
| Total | 36 districts | 17,500 |

Apni Zameen Apna Ghar: The Scheme That Does Use a Ballot
Many "balloting result 2026" searches are really about Apni Zameen Apna Ghar (AZAG). This scheme gives free 3 marla plots to landless families, and plots are given by computerised ballot, district by district.
How to check the AZAG ballot result
- Open azag.punjab.gov.pk and click Balloting Result.
- Enter your 13 digit CNIC without dashes.
- Type the CAPTCHA and press Submit.
The page says the balloting "has been successfully conducted" and that eligible applicants can view their result by entering their CNIC. It does not offer a PDF list of names.

AZAG facts we could confirm
- The official District Quota page lists 2,000 plots in 19 districts. The biggest quotas are Jhelum (727 plus 3), Kasur (388), Faisalabad (257) and Lodhran (218).
- The News reported on 14 February 2026 that a computerised ballot gave winners their block and plot numbers. More than 380,000 applications had come in through the portal.
- In Jhelum, 5,942 people applied, 4,303 were found eligible and 730 were picked by ballot. More than 600 allotment letters were handed out (The Nation, 5 July 2026).
- Plot winners can then apply for an Apni Chhat Apna Ghar loan to build their house.
- No AZAG phase 2 has been announced. The portal says timelines "will be communicated through official channels".
Full eligibility and plot rules are in our Apni Zameen Apna Ghar 3 marla plot guide.
Warning: Fake ACAG Lists, PDFs and WhatsApp Messages
Because people are anxious about "the list", fraudsters use it as bait. Watch for these signs.
- A fee to "add your name" or "release your loan". Neither official portal lists any fee for checking a result. Do not send money by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer to anyone who calls you.
- A PDF that asks you to enter your CNIC on another website. Only enter your CNIC on acag.punjab.gov.pk or azag.punjab.gov.pk.
- WhatsApp numbers posing as the helpline. The helpline is 0800-09100, a toll-free number, not a mobile WhatsApp number.
- Requests for your password or OTP. Never share the code the portal sends you. Real staff do not need it.
- "Last chance" lists with a deadline. No closing date has been announced for ACAG registration.

If you already paid someone, keep the screenshots and payment receipts. Then call 0800-09100 and report the number.
If You Are Not Selected or Your File Is Stuck
Since there is no list, "my name is not on the list" usually means nothing has been decided yet, or the file did not pass verification. Check these points against the official eligibility page:
- You are a Punjab resident with a valid CNIC and aged 21 to 60.
- You are the sole owner of a plot of up to 5 marla in a city or 10 marla in a village.
- You have no criminal record and you are not a loan defaulter.
- Your household meets the income test (up to Rs150,000 a month) or the asset test on the portal.
The portal's table also mentions an NSER PMT score of 60 or less, but which loan it applies to is not clear from the page text. Our PMT score guide explains how to check yours. Keep your plot papers ready using our documents checklist, and plan instalments with the loan calculator. For the full scheme, see the Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme guide and the acag.punjab.gov.pk online apply guide.
